First Day Assignments: There is no first-day reading assignment per se. Please just page through the casebook -- the 8th Edition (2010), together will the 2011 Cumulative Supplement (particular Part Four on new cases and other developments) -- to help you identify possible areas of interest for your papers and presentations. We will discuss your ideas at our first class meeting, and thereafter in individual conferences and e-mail exchanges. I look forward to meeting you!
