Course Outline: Criminal Procedure: Investigations. This course will cover the constitutional and practical aspects of conducting criminal investigations. The class will address the constitutional protections afforded by the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendments as well as requirements imposed on federal prosecutors by statute and the Department of Justice's polices. There will be a multiple choice exam.
