How to Get Started
STEP
1: Create Your Identity
It
is strongly encouraged you choose your ID as the same name as your UH account
name. This ensures that your ID will always be consistent with University records.
Note only the information indicated by an asterisk is required for those of
you who may have internet security concerns. You are not required to perform
all your volunteer service in the area indicated in the LEGAL field. This information
will help us learn more about our interests as a student body and may help shape
the program.
STEP
2: Document your work
Remember
you are responsible for documenting and maintaining your records. When providing
information on your organization contact, please use organization phone numbers
not personal or home phone information.
STEP
3: Keep your profile current and track your progress.
We
strongly suggest that each time you log in an activity, you print a hard copy of your report and maintain
personal documentation of your efforts in the event of UH computer problems.
STEP
4: Notify for graduation recognition
IT
WILL BE INCUMBENT FOR STUDENTS TO NOTIFY ADMINISTRATION BEFORE GRADUATION THAT
THEY QUALIFY UNDER THE PROGRAM. NOTIFICATION DEADLINE DATES WILL BE POSTED.
