Announcing UHLC Graduate Summer Fellowships
To help bridge the time between sitting for the bar and
obtaining a license to practice law, the University of
Houston Law Center announces it will award a limited number
of fellowships to graduates who work in public interest
organizations. The participating organizations
can be from a pre-selected list or students can arrange their own government or non-profit placement. The fellowship award ranges from $1500
- $2500 depending upon the geographic location. Selected fellows
will work part-time for a minimum of eight weeks during the months of September and October. Application deadline is May 20, 2008.
