Oct. 10 — Roger Milgrim Guest Lecture

Mr. Roger Milgrim, the author of Milgrim on Trade Secrets and Milgrim on Licensing, will speak at the Law Center on the topic of commercial transactions with intellectual property licensing.

Lunch will be provided at 12PM in BLB 240.

Oct. 14 — Dr. Padmavati Manchikanti Guest Lecture

Dr. Manchikanti of the India Institute of Technology Kharagpur will speak at the Law Center on the topic of compulsory licensing and affordable drugs.

Lunch will be provided at 12PM in BLB 209.

Oct. 17 — Professor Peter Yu and Professor Bob Gomulkiewicz Guest Lecture.

Professor Yu will tell an anecdote about the influence of International Copyright on world trade. Professor Gomulkiewicz will describe a transaction in software licensing where there were opportunities to do a better deal than what occurred. Both professors will take questions about these important areas of practice in intellectual property and information law, or about other student interests.
