Lorance & Thompson Negotiation Competition

The Lorance & Thompson Negotiation Competition is open to 1L, 2L, and 3L students.  Teams are comprised of two students.  A fact pattern is provided, and opposing teams have one week to meet, negotiate, and draft a contract based on the fact pattern.  Teams are scored by a local practicing attorney or judge on the basis of the students’ negotiation planning and skills of compromise.  One hour of academic credit and cash prizes may be available for students competing.
