Thirty-seven foreign students from 21 countries received an early introduction to the Law Center where they will spend the next two semesters learning the ins-and-outs of American law in the LL.M. Foreign Scholars Program. Peggy Fortner, director of graduate studies, fielded plenty of questions as she shepherded the FLL.M. Class of 2010 through the first day’s orientation which included a campus tour, computer training, and a luncheon with welcoming remarks by Prof. Stephen Zamora.
