An attorney argues his case before a three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
March 7, 2012 – The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments in a total of eight cases over two days in Krost Hall at the University of Houston Law Center. The three-judge panel includes Judge Catharina Haynes, Judge Thomas M. Reavley and Judge Jennifer Walker Elrod. A 5th Circuit Court panel last convened at the Law Center in October 1999.
