Dr. Gavin Clarkson, a member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and recognized expert on Indian law and finance, will examine the role of Indian tribes in the 21st Century during a luncheon presentation at the Law Center on Monday, March 8. Joining him will be the president of the Delaware Nation of Oklahoma and members of the Alabama-Coushatta tribal council from their reservation near Livingston, Texas. The discussion will be held in room 240 BLB and lunch will be provided.
