Oct. 23, 2012 - The Federalist Society will host “Wealth Creation and the Rule of Law” featuring Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Edith H. Jones at the University of Houston Law Center. The event will be Oct. 25 from noon to 12:50 p.m. in 109 BLB. A former Chief Judge, Jones was appointed to the Fifth Circuit by President Ronald Reagan in 1985. An expert on bankruptcy law, she has authored more than 15 publications on mass litigation, arbitration, religion and the judicial selection process. Lunch will be provided to the first 50 attendees.
