Aug. 23, 2011 –The University of Houston Law Center is among 60 law schools cited by preLaw Magazine for its 2011 “Best Value” honor roll. The magazine’s selection process takes into account in-state tuition, debt, the percent of graduates employed nine months after graduation, and bar passage rate. Not surprisingly, public schools dominated the rankings with only three private schools making the list. “Private tuition has just increased by too much to consider the schools a good value,” said editor Jack Crittenden.
