
Second-year student Erin K. Ferris’ examination of long-term care insurance for the elderly earned her a top finish in the annual NAELA Student Journal Writing Competition.
The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys is a non-profit association that assists lawyers, bar organizations and others who work with older clients and their families.
Ferris’ paper, “The Current Challenges of Long-Term Care Insurance and Solutions for the Future,” will be published in the NAELA Student Journal and also will be considered for publication in the NAELA Journal.
