Experts teach Consumer Law 101
People’s Lawyer Richard Alderman, associate dean of the Law Center and director of the Center for Consumer Law, outlined the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act before a rapt audience of attorneys attending a CLE seminar on Consumer Law Basics. Experts introduced attorneys to the many facets of consumer law in the program sponsored by the Center for Consumer Law in cooperation with the Houston Bar Association Consumer & Commercial Law Section.
