LOU BRIGHT, GENERAL COUNSEL, TEXAS ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE COMMISSION will help decant the legal issues, trends, and litigation that has followed the U.S. Supreme Court's 2005 decision in Granholm, which opened the door to interstate wine shipments.
DACOTA HASELWOOD, DIRECTOR OF POLICY AND GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS, TEXAS WINE & GRAPE GROWERS ASSOCIATION will discuss Texas' growing wine industry from where it's been, to where it's going, its economic impact on the State and legislative trends affecting the industry.
Registration fee of $50 includes one hour of CLE participatory credit and a wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres reception. Seating is limited, and prompt RSVPs are encouraged.
