Professor Geoffrey Hoffman, Director of the UH Law Center Immigration Clinic, discusses the problems the immigration courts have created for unaccompanied alien children (UAC) by moving their cases to the top of the judges’ dockets in an article published in JURIST.

Professor Hoffman is recipient of the 2014 Elmer Fried Excellence in Teaching Award from the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
