- Need to change your password?
If you are on campus, the easiest and quickest way to change your Cougarnet password is by logging in to a Law Center machine (students may use machines located in the library or wireless lab). Press CTRL + ALT + DEL keys and choose the option for “Change Password.”
However, if you are not on campus, please change your password here.

- AccessUH
- AccessUH is your gateway to the University of Houston's information and computing resources. Log into AccessUH with your Cougarnet UserID and password and you will get immediate access to email, Blackboard, myUH, myHousing, and more.
- Email addresses and aliases available for UH students, faculty and staff. Learn how to login, configure, and/or forward your email.
- Computer Labs
- The Law Center offers public computers in the O'Quinn Law Library. UH computing facilities are also available for use by students across campus. It includes printer kiosks and laptop checkout.
- Printing
- Printers are available to students free of charge. Learn how to use them on your machine.
- Ebb
- EBB is the software used for examination at the Law Center. To learn how to use and obtain it, please take the mandatory online training. Note: Chrome Browser is not supported with this training. The training is only posted during exam time.

- VPN
- Securely connect to the UH or Law Library resources.
- Virus Protection
- Students can download McAfee VirusScan software free of charge.
- Wireless
- Get information on wireless access points and how to connect to them.
- Blackboard
- Blackboard Learn is the Learning Management System supported by the University of Houston. You will be able to use Blackboard Learn to find your materials electronically from your instructors that have opted to use it. Blackboard can be used for finding your syllabus, notes, or handouts online.
- Storage Drives
- Each student is alloted a personal network share (H: drive) in which up to 200MB of data can be saved. In addition, student organizations also require access to storage drives.
- Hardware
- Information on hardware standards and purchasing. LIT is an authorized Dell Service center. We can provide warranty support for recommended Dell computers as long as the hardware is under warranty.
- Software
- Free and reduced price software available for students.
- CALI
- The Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) is a U.S. 501(c)(3) non-profit consortium of law schools that researches and develops computer-mediated legal instruction and supports institutions and individuals using technology and distance learning in legal education. As a Faculty/Staff/Student of the UHLC, you may have access to over 800 free, law professor authored legal tutorials online. Please request the authorization code for the CALI site.
