- Need to change your password?
If you are on campus, the easiest and quickest way to change your Cougarnet password is by logging in to a Law Center machine (students may use machines located in the library or wireless lab). Press CTRL + ALT + DEL keys and choose the option for “Change Password.”
However, if you are not on campus, please change your password here.

- Hardware
The University of Houston has negotiated an academic discount program with Apple and Dell.
Recommended Apple computers can be purchased through the online Apple store.
Recommended Dell computers can be purchased online through Dell computer. LIT is an authorized Dell Service center. We can provide hardware support for recommened Dell computers as long as the hardware is under warranty. A link will be provided when the new recommended computers are available.
We do not provide hardware support for machines out of warranty. The CougarByte does provide out of warranty service at a fee to the student.
