If you are on campus, the easiest and quickest way to change your Cougarnet password is by logging in to a Law Center machine (students may use machines located in the library or wireless lab). Press CTRL + ALT + DEL keys and choose the option for “Change Password.”
However, if you are not on campus, please change your password here.

- Hardware
The University of Houston has negotiated an academic discount program with Apple and Dell.
Recommended Apple computer bundles can be purchased through the campus CougarByte store. CougarByte is an authorized Apple service center and can provide hardware support for Apple Machines that are under warranty.
Recommended Dell computers can be purchased online through Dell computer. LIT is an authorized Dell Service center. We can provide hardware support for recommened Dell computers as long as the hardware is under warranty.
We do not provide hardware support for machines out of warranty. The CougarByte does provide out of warranty service at a fee to the student.
