The Help Desk is located in the Commons next to Student Services. We are open Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Remote Assistance
You can receive Remote Assitance by clicking on the LIT icon located on your desktop. Remote Assistance is available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Please note: Live Assistance is dependent on the availablity of technicians, if you do not get a prompt response, please submit a ticket above. If you do not have an icon or are off campus, call us at 713.743.2260 (Monday - Friday) or at 713.743.2309 (Saturday).
