- Need to change your password?
If you are on campus, the easiest and quickest way to change your Cougarnet password is by logging in to a Law Center machine (students may use machines located in the library or wireless lab). Press CTRL + ALT + DEL keys and choose the option for “Change Password.”
However, if you are not on campus, please change your password here.

Remote Assistance
You can receive Remote Assitance by clicking on the LIT icon located on your desktop. Remote Assistance is available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Please note: Live Assistance is dependent on the availablity of technicians, if you do not get a prompt response, please submit a ticket above. If you do not have an icon or are off campus, call us at 713.743.2260 (Monday - Friday) or at 713.743.2309 (Saturday).
