Additional
Information
Microsoft
Outlook has a feature designed to move old mail items off of the mail
server to the local machine's hard drive called AutoArchive. AutoArchive
is on by default and runs automatically at scheduled intervals, clearing
out old and expired items from your mailbox on the mail server. The major
disadvantage to this in our environment is that if you have mail that
is archived on your local hard drive, you will not be able to view the
archived mail when you access your e-mail via the web. If you would like
to turn the AutoArchive feature off, then do the following:
1. From
the Tools menu, select Options, click on the Other tab, and then click
on the AutoArchive button .

2. Make sure that you uncheck the first box.
