Texas Supreme Court Database

A database of briefs, records, and other documents filed with the Texas Supreme Court is available through the University of Houston Law Center’s O’Quinn Law Library. The database includes documents filed with the Texas Supreme Court between 1908 and 1985.

The database contains scanned images of the original documents. The documents include briefs, applications, responses, motions, and supporting documents.

The database can be searched using various methods, including case name, case number, date range, and keyword. The library’s reference librarians will run the searches for patrons.
