Sarah
E. Redfield. Diversity realized : putting the walk with the talk for
diversity in the legal profession. Vandeplas Publishing, c2009. KF287.R43
2009 This
book explains how current efforts toward realizing diversity in the legal
profession are inadequate and offers guidance about how educators and legal
professionals can change their approach to diversity. Using examples
from successful programs currently in place at some law schools and in sister
professions, the author argues that law schools and the bar should refocus
their efforts into mentoring and piloting unique educational programs
designed to show underrepresented minority students all that they can
achieve. |
