REINSTATEMENT

Eugenio Alarcon Soliz, Jr., 53, of Premont has petitioned for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

JUDICIAL ACTIONS

Robert E. Hollman, the former Title IV-D master in Odessa was issued a public reprimand.

Roby Hadden of the 12th Court of Appeals in Tyler was issued a public warning.

SUSPENSIONS

Guadalupe Olvera, III, 57, of Brownsville accepted a 12-month, fully-probated suspension effective May 1, 2000.

H. Paul Smith, 55, of San Antonio accepted a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective April 1, 2000.

Roger Mathew Tafel, 37, of Irving received a 21-month, partially-probated suspension effective Feb. 5, 2000, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated.

Alexander D. Wallenwein, 40, of Houston received a one-year, partially-probated suspension effective July 1, 2000, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

Richard L. Wardroup, 46, of Lubbock received a 37-month, partially-probated suspension effective Nov. 1, 1999, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

Kenneth Neal Price, 52, of Azle accepted a public reprimand on July 2, 1999.

Gilbert Torres, 51, of Texas City accepted a public reprimand on March 15, 2000.

Brenda Vickers, 43, of Mineral Wells received a default judgment of public reprimand On March 23, 2000.

Rickey A. Watson, 44, of Houston received a public reprimand On Jan. 16, 2000.
