BOARD OF DISCIPLINARY APPEALS ACTIONS

On July 14, 1999 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals suspended Traci Ellen Jones, 46, of Missouri City.

On July 14, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an interlocutory order of suspension against Michael Timothy LeJune, 49, of Houston.

On July 14, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an interlocutory order of suspension against James Earl Conley, III, 55, of San Antonio.

RESIGNATIONS

On April 22, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Rodolfo "Rudy" O. Hernandez, 45, of El Paso.

SUSPENSIONS

Robert Audley Heath, 78, of Houston accepted a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective June 10, 1999.

Frank L. Carrillo, 38, of San Antonio received a 24-month suspension effective April 22, 1999.

Geronimo De la Rosa, Jr., 53, of San Antonio accepted a three-month, fully-probated suspension effective June 1, 1999.

Terry W. Hesson, 51, of Breckenridge, Colo. received a two-year suspension effective May 1, 1999.

Ronald B. Layer, 50, of McAllen accepted a 42-month, partially-probated suspension effective April 1, 1999, with the first 18 months actively served and the remainder probated.

Charles Foster Malloy, 37, of Dallas received a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective May 1, 1999, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated.

Silvestre Pena Silvas, 38, of Houston received a three-year suspension effective Dec. 9, 1999.

Thomas J. Barry, 43, of Yorktown received a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective June 1, 1999.

Gregory L. Donnell, 40, of Angleton received a one-year, partially-probated suspension effective July 7, 1999, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

John R. Shaw, 74, of San Antonio accepted a public reprimand on Jan 28, 1999.

Victor Becker, 73, of Dallas received a public reprimand on April 28, 1999.

Henry N. Bell III, 58, of Austin accepted a public reprimand on May 21, 1999.

Michael William Metz, 37, of Temple accepted a public reprimand On May 24, 1999.

John Marion Tutt, 57, of San Antonio accepted a public reprimand on June 14, 1999.

Rudy D. Yzaguirre, 43, of Conroe received a public reprimand on May 13, 1999.
