James G. Baker, 63, of Perryton has petitioned for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

On Aug. 8, 2000, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of public reprimand against Rodney M. Phelps, 57, of Austin.
On March 3, 2000, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an interlocutory order of suspension against Ramon A. Villafranca, 61, of Laredo.
On Aug. 18, 2000, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of probated suspension against Stanley Joseph Dale, 52, of Chicago, Ill.
On Sept. 25, 2000, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an interlocutory order of suspension against George Meredith Bishop III, 59, of Houston.
On Sept. 20, 2000, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an interlocutory order of suspension against Hugh E. Sabel, 58, of Fredericksburg.
On Sept. 20, 2000 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Alfonso Sanchez Ibanez, 56, of McAllen.
On Sept. 20, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Mark G. Lawyer, 45, of Woodbridge, Va.
On Sept. 28, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of public reprimand against Rolando Garcia, 41, of Donna.

Louis Huerta Salinas, 47, of Houston resigned in lieu of discipline on June 20, 2000.

James Russell Cornelius, 47, of Houston was disbarred on June 1, 2000.
Jeff Lee Thomas, 37, of Greenville was disbarred on May 22, 2000.
Helen L. Weldon, 39, of Fort Worth was disbarred on Nov. 19, 1999.
SUSPENSIONS
Tina M. Andrews, 38, of Stafford received a 39-month, partially-probated suspension effective June 1, 2000, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated.
David Davila, 41, of San Antonio accepted a six-month, partially-probated suspension, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.
Barry W. Finkel, 47, of Dallas accepted a 30-day suspension, fully probated for one year effective Sept. 1, 2000, with stringent conditions of probation.
Don L. Hendrix, 56, of Houston received a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective July 1, 2000.
Gene R. Rosas, 36, of San Antonio accepted a one-year, partially-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, 2000, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.
