REINSTATEMENT

James M. Hanners, 47, of Franklin, Tenn. has petitioned for reinstatement to the State Bar of Texas.

BODA ACTIONS

On Sept. 17, 1999, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed its order of interlocutory suspension against Michael A. Grossman, 47, of Houston.

On Jan. 20, 2000, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Paul Winston White, 40, of Kerrville.

On Jan. 20, 2000, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Richard D. Esper, 47, of El Paso.

On Jan. 20, 2000, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an interlocutory order of suspension against John Gilbert Keener, 58, of Houston.

On Jan. 20, 2000, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered a judgment of fully-probated suspension against Lane Waring Vaughn, 47, of Houston.

RESIGNATIONS

Robert A. Forester, 44, of San Antonio accepted an indefinite disability suspension effective Dec. 15, 1999.

Sherry German, 47, of Friendswood accepted a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective Feb. 1, 2000.

Edward H. Green, 46, of Houston received a one-year, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 1999, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated.

Basil Landon Hoyl, Jr., 39, of Hurst accepted an 18-month, fully-probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 2000.

Michael William Metz, 37, of Temple accepted a one-year, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 1999, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

Michael E. Shelton, 52, of Houston received a 24-month, fully-probated suspension effective Oct. 21, 1999.
