on Nov. 5, 1999, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed the appeal by Odessa attorney Cindy Renea Weir, 37, of a partially-probated suspension.

on Nov. 8, 1999, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed the appeal by Houston attorney Woodrow Wilson Miller, 47, of a default judgment of public reprimand.

on Nov. 8, 1999, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed the appeal by Seymour attorney Lee Price Fernon, 50, of a partially-probated suspension.

on Dec. 13, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Larry W. Bass, 58, of Sugar Land.

Oscar L. Cantu, Jr., 36, of San Antonio received a one-year, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 1999, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

Spencer W. Kopf, 49, of Richardson accepted a 60-month, partially-probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 2000, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated.

Warren Thomas Leake, Jr., 46, of Arlington accepted a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective Feb. 1, 2000, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

Emilio Rodriguez, Jr., 49, of Edinburg received a four-year, fully-probated suspension effective Nov. 23, 1999.

Lindsey Paul Vinson, 42, of Irving accepted a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective Oct. 1, 1999.

Ronald N. Etzel, 60, of Pasadena received a one-year suspension, fully-probated for two years effective Sept. 1, 1999.

Juan P. Gonzalez, 50, of Corpus Christi was suspended for 15 days effective Dec. 17, 1999, followed by a 12-month probated suspension.

S. Hayes Horn, Jr., 53, of Houston received a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective Oct. 1, 1999.

Guadalupe Ruiz, 50, of San Antonio accepted a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective Jan. 1, 2000.
