Raymond G. Garza, 45, of Corpus Christi was disbarred On Oct. 2, 1996 for multiple violations.

Larry Lynn Kinney, 54, of Houston was disbarred on Dec. 18, 1996 after pleading guilty to theft.

Demarcio C. Washington, 42, of Houston was disbarred on Dec. 18, 1996 after pleading guilty to misapplication of fiduciary funds.

John Devoe, 44, of Austin was disbarred on Dec. 10, 1996.

SUSPENSIONS

Karl A. Wright, 56, of Lubbock, for 12 months, with the first six months to be actively served and the remainder probated, effective Jan. 1. On Dec. 9, 1996.

Kevin Yul Wright, 39, of Travis County, accepted a one-year suspension, with the first month to be actively served and the remainder probated effective Jan. 1.

C. Bruce Abraham, 46, of Austin was suspended for 61 months, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated, effective Nov. 1, 1996.

Shirley V. Rowe, 65, of League City, was suspended for six months, effective Jan. 4.

Sunny Leigh Kapungu, 37, of Houston, was suspended for one year, effective Nov. 12, 1996.

Candelario Ontiveros, 38, of McAllen, for 42 months, with the first 12 months actively served and the remainder probated, effective Nov. 1, 1996.

PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

Andrew Shuvalov, 63, of Austin received a public reprimand on Dec. 3, 1996.

Bryant Nelson Quinn, Jr., 62, of Abilene, accepted a public reprimand on Oct. 28, 1996.

Bowen Wesley Sutton, 49, of San Antonio, accepted a public reprimand on Nov. 7.

Rex Barnett, 41, of Fort Worth was publicly reprimanded on Oct. 9, 1996.

James V. Mazuca, 49, of San Antonio was publicly reprimanded on Dec. 3.

John Holloway Ward, 52, of Harris County publicly reprimanded on Dec. 6, 1996.

Daniel J. Meyer, 35, of Dallas, accepted a public reprimand on Oct. 10.

REINSTATEMENT

Michael J. Rogers, 49, of Tarrant County, has petitioned for reinstatement of his law license to the State Bar of Texas.
