Kenneth Ray Barron, 60, of Tyler was disbarred on Feb. 7.
Jesus Antonio Rodriguez, 34, of McAllen was disbarred on Jan. 28.
Ronald A. Piperi, 62, of Houston was disbarred on Feb. 20.
David Dale Ellis, 44, of Houston was disbarment of Oct. 22, 1996 was affirmed on April, 21.
Marshall McNeel, 50, of Houston was disbarred on Oct. 23, 1996. On April 11, appeal of his disbarment was dismissed for want of prosecution.
SUSPENSIONS
John Carney, 42, of Dallas. Order signed on March 20 terminating the suspension and dismissing without prejudice the compulsory discipline case against Carney.
Don L. Hendrix, 52, of Houston. Probation revoked and a one-year active suspension beginning April 17imposed against Hendrix for violating a material condition of his probation.
Myles H. Pennington, 50, of Arlington. Appeal from default judgment of partially- probated suspension signed Aug. 27, 1996 dismissed on April 4 after finding that Pennington failed to diligently prosecute his appeal and failed to give any explanation for his inaction.
Richard D. Heyen, 54, of Baytown. Appeal from default judgment of partially- probated suspension signed Aug. 23, 1996 dismissed on April 17 after finding that Heyden failed to diligently prosecute his appeal and failed to give any explanation for his inaction.
Michael A. Grossman, 44, of Houston. Interlocutory order of suspension entered on April 17 while Grossman has appeals his convictions. If any of the convictions becomes final, Grossman will be disbarred.
Robert Lee Anderson, Jr., 57, of Houston accepted an agreed judgment of
fully-probated suspension effective April 1 through Sept. 30.
Volly C. Bastine, Jr., 53, of Harris County. Agreed judgment of partially-probated suspension of 28 months entered against Bastine in which 22 months were active, effective March 9, 1995.
R. Bruce Connaway, 48, of Ennis accepted a 36-month partially-probated suspension, effective May 1, with the first six months to be actively served and the remainder probated.
John Charles Lewis, 31, of Houston accepted an agreed order of disability suspension effective Aug. 20, 1996.
Rhonda Thornton Grimm, 43, of Richardson received a 54-month, partially-probated suspension with the first 12 months active and the remainder probated effective May 15.
William R. Hester, Jr., 59, of Houston accepted a three-month active suspension effective June 1.
Lawrence Mnamdi Nwora, 42, of Harris County received a two-year fully-probated suspension.
Karen M. Jenkins, 38, of Houston accepted a 30-day suspension from the practice of law effective March 1.
Steven T. Long, 42, of San Antonio accepted an agreed judgment of a six-year partially-probated suspension effective June 16. He will be on three years' active suspension, followed by three years' probated suspension.
George J. Delaney, 59, of Houston received a two-year fully-probated suspension.
PUBLIC REPRIMANDS
James Leonard Rodriguez, 46, of San Antonio received a public reprimand on March 14.
David M. Townsend, Jr., 50, of Houston received a public reprimand on Aug. 22 after his appeal was dismissed on April 17.
Barry Lynn Hart, 45, of Odessa received a public reprimand on April 1.
Wayne B. Barfield, 59, of Amarillo entered into an agreed final judgment of public reprimand.
Gregory L. Donnell, 38, of Angleton accepted a public reprimand from the on Feb. 14.
James H. Stokes, Jr., 40, of Houston received a public on March 24.
Kevin Eugene Perry, 40, of Waco, accepted a public reprimand on March 24.

Gregorio S. Velasquez, 45, of Houston, accepted a public reprimand on April 2.
