Scott A. Neel, 37, of Houston was disbarred on Dec. 6, 1996.

RESIGNATIONS

Stephen T. Scott, 46, of San Antonio resigned in lieu of discipline on Dec. 6, 1996.

Bruce M. Friedman, 52, formerly of Houston, resigned on Dec. 6, 1996.

Clara Jeanne Barna, 54, of Houston resigned in lieu of discipline on Jan. 15.

Fred M. Sullivan, 66, of Richardson resigned in lieu of discipline on Jan. 15.


SUSPENSIONS

Corey Scott Gomel, 33, of Harris County, received a two-year, fully-probated suspension, effective Jan. 1.

Dan C. Rhodes, 54, of Houston, was suspended for two years, effective Jan. 22.

Edward W. Roush, Jr., 40, of Dallas, accepted a 12-month, partially-probated suspension, with the first month to be actively served and the remainder probated On March 29, 1996.

T. Michael Hacker, 47, of Houston, was suspended for 30 months with the first 17 months to be actively served and the remainder probated, effective April 1, 1996.

Frank G. Gelsone, 46, of San Antonio was suspended on Sept. 12, 1996.

William David Burrows, 43, of Dallas, accepted an 18-month, fully-probated suspension, effective Feb. 1.

W. Harold Sellers, 62, of Houston was suspended on Jan. 28. In the event that any part of his criminal conviction is affirmed on appeal, Sellers will be disbarred.

Willie J. Rhodes, 51, of Houston was suspended for the term of his criminal probation of five years effective Oct. 11, 1995.

Steven L. Woolard, 42, of Houston. In the first case, Woolard was suspended for 30 days on May 28, 1996. In the second case, Woolard was suspended for two years, which was probated for five years, effective June 15, 1996.

John Cruickshank, 49, of Houston was suspended for 18 months, effective Dec. 1, 1996. His appeal was dismissed for want of jurisdiction, because the notice of appeal was untimely filed.

Isaiah H. Hardy, Jr., 51, of Travis County, accepted a three-month suspension, effective Feb. 15.

Mark A. Hoak, 39, of Arlington, received a 12-month, fully-probated suspension on Dec. 18, 1996.

Barbara D. Padget, 36, of Abilene, received an 18-month, fully-probated suspension on Jan. 10.

Robert T. Williams, 43, of El Paso was suspended for two years on Jan. 11.

Larry M. Cunningham, 52, of Arlington, agreed to a 60-day, fully-probated suspension on Jan. 16.

James J. Heaney, 64, of Houston, received a 12-month, fully-probated suspension, effective Dec. 6, 1996.

Chukuemeka Reginald Ike, 46, of Houston, on a six-month probated suspension effective Dec. 1, 1996.

Chester Lash Thornton, 47, of Houston accepted a 20-month, partially-probated suspension, with the first 14 months to be actively served and the remainder probated, effective Jan. 1.

Joaquin L. Johnson, 33, of Dallas, accepted a 12-month probated suspension, effective Oct. 1, 1996.

Bobby Stokes, 48, of Harris was publicly reprimanded on Dec. 20, 1996.

Gerald Fry, 51, of Harris County, was publicly reprimanded on Jan. 9.

David Davila, 38, of San Antonio was publicly reprimanded on Jan. 10.

Kimbel L. Brown, 42, of New Braunfels, agreed to a public reprimand on Dec. 18, 1996.

Michael James Brown, 53, of Huntsville, accepted a public reprimand on Dec. 30, 1996.

Kenneth W. Byford, 41, of Dallas, accepted a public reprimand on June 5, 1996.

Enrique Dovalina, 48, of Houston was publicly reprimanded on Dec. 26, 1996.

David E. Hilles, III, 32, of El Paso, accepted a public reprimand on Jan. 10.

Albert R. Huerta, 29, of Corpus Christi was publicly reprimanded on May 20, 1996.

Augustine N. Izuegbu, 41, of Houston was publicly reprimanded on Nov. 27, 1996.
