REINSTATEMENT

 

Jon D. Smithson, 54, of Tyler has filed a petition in court for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

 

DISBARMENT

 

On Feb. 23, David M. Jordan, 64, of Corpus Christi was disbarred by the District 11-A Grievance Committee.

 

SUSPENSIONS

 

On Feb. 3, Jose Homero Cavazos, 45, of Corpus Christi received a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective Feb. 1, 2004 from the District 11-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Feb. 18, Juan Burgos-Gandia, 53, of Dallas received a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective March 5, 2005, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated from the District 6-A Grievance Committee. 

 

On Feb. 12, Andrew A. Dunlap, 51, of Dallas received a six-year, partially-probated suspension effective March 1, 2004, with the first three years actively served and the remainder probated from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

 

On March 1, Barry W. Finkel, 50, of Lewisville received a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective March 1, 2004, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated from the District 7-A Grievance Committee.

 

On March 10, Walter Andrew Ladyman, 50, of Clyde received a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective May 1, 2004, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated from an evidentiary panel of the District 14-C Grievance Committee.

 

On Feb. 26, Michael Langley, 50, of Richardson received a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective March 31, 2004, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated from the 191st District Court of Dallas County.

 

On Feb. 27, David K. Line, 54, of Dallas received a 25-month, partially-probated suspension effective March 1, 2004, with the first 12 months actively served and the remainder probated.

 

On Feb. 10, Ronald G. Mock, 57, of Houston a 36-month, partially-probated suspension effective March 1, 2004, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

 

On March 10, Marvin E. Prevost, 48, of Houston received a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective April 15, 2004 from the District 4-F Grievance Committee.

 

On April 8, L. Mark Steinberg, 50, of San Antonio received an 18-month, fully-probated suspension effective May 1, 2004 form the District 10-B Grievance Committee.

 

REPRIMANDS

 

On April 1, Susan C. Cooper, 55, of Houston accepted a public reprimand from the District 4-D Grievance Committee. 

 

On Feb. 24, Patricia M. McBride, 56, of Fort Worth accepted a public reprimand from an evidentiary panel of the District 14-A Grievance Committee.

 

On March 11, Dorothy J. Mulcihy, 42, of Dallas accepted a public reprimand from the 191st District Court of Dallas County.

 

On March 4, Ronald Barbosa Prince, 50, of San Antonio accepted a public reprimand from the District 10-B Grievance Committee.
