REINSTATEMENT

Henry M. Williams, Jr., 51, of Houston, has filed a petition in the 133rd District Court of Harris County for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

 

RESIGNATIONS

On Aug. 15, the Texas Supreme Court accepted the resignation in lieu of discipline, of Louis J. Bodmar, 58, of Mesquite.

 

On July 8, the Texas Supreme Court accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Clifford J. Hardwick, 59, of Midland.

 

On July 8, the Texas Supreme Court accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Janet E. Levy, 42, of Fort Worth.

 

On Sept. 24, the Texas Supreme Court accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Carla F.T. Muller, 39, of Houston.

 

DISBARMENT

On July 9, Larry W. Wessels, 56, of La Grange, was disbarred by the District 5-A Grievance Committee.

 

SUSPENSIONS

On July 10, Steven C. Barkley, 55, of Beaumont received a five-year, fully-probated suspension effective June 1, 2003 from the District 3-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Oct. 7, Beverly Delhomme, 49, of Dallas received a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective Oct. 7, 2003 from the 160th District Court of Dallas County.

 

On July 28, Richard J. Dobbyn, 49, of Dallas received a 26-month, partially-probated suspension effective Sept. 15, 2003, with the first two months actively served and the remainder probated from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Aug. 7, David A. Fernandez, 42, of Cypress received a three-year, active suspension effective Sept. 1, 2003 from the District 4-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Sept. 12, Daniel A. Foster, 46, of Arlington received a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective Oct. 1, 2003 from the District 7-A Grievance Committee.

 

On June 13, Bret E. Hanes, 43, of Wichita Falls received a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective Sept. 1, 2003, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated from the District 14-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Sept. 12, Gregory Ballard Johnson, 38, of Waco received a 10-year, partially-probated suspension effective Sept. 1, 2003, with the first five years actively served and the remainder probated from the District 8-B Grievance Committee.

 

On Aug. 27, Lawrence E. Letchford, 48, of New Braunfels received a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective Sept. 1, 2003, with the first two years actively served and the remainder probated from the District 10-A Grievance Committee.

 

On July 18, Betty Ann Newby, 61, of Borger received a three-year, active suspension effective Sept. 1, 2003 from the District 12-A Grievance Committee.

 

On March 13, Gerard M. Palomo, 53, of San Antonio received a three-year, fully-probated suspension effective Sept. 1, 2003 from the District 10-B Grievance Committee.

 

On July 22, Joseph Scottt Spitzer, 56, of Fort Worth received a three-year, fully-probated suspension effective Sept. 1, 2003 from the District 7-A Grievance Committee.

 

On Aug. 14, Eric Dean Perkins, 44, of Corpus Christi received a 25-month, fully-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, 2003 from the 117th District Court of Nueces County.

 

On July 29, Hoang N. Tran, 35, of Houston received a four-year, fully-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, 2003 from the District 4-B Grievance Committee.

 

On July 28, Dwight M. Wheeler, 53, of Brownwood received a three-year, active suspension effective Oct. 15, 2003 from the District 14-C Grievance Committee.

 

PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

On July 8, Michael J. Bagley, 42, of Eagle Pass accepted a public reprimand from the District 12-C Grievance Committee.

 

On Aug. 11, Robert M. Bandy, 64, of Tyler accepted a public reprimand from the District 2-A Grievance Committee.

 

On July 23, Terry M. Brown, 50, of Livingston accepted a public reprimand from the District 3-B Grievance Committee.

 

On Aug. 18, Andrew Abraham Dunlap, 50, of Dallas accepted a public reprimand from the District 6-A Grievance Committtee.

 

On June 25, Jay C. English, 37, of Dallas accepted a public reprimand from the 191st District Court.

 

On April 8, Barry W. Finkel, 50, of Lewisville accepted a public reprimand from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

 

On May 1, Joe Anthony Foster, Jr., 52, of Alpine accepted a public reprimand from the District 17-A Grievance Committee.
