REINSTATEMENTS

David A. Witts, 82, of Dallas, has filed a petition in the 101st District Court of Dallas County for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

 

Darryl G. Campbell, 61, of Houston, has filed a petition in the 410th District Court of Montgomery County for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

 

RESIGNATION

On May 21, the Texas Supreme Court accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Doren Maner, 48, of Lubbock. 

 

DISBARMENTS

On March 27, Jeffery L. Thomas, 37, of Beaumont was disbarred by the District 3-A Grievance Committee.

 

On May 1, Robert D. Lobello, 45, of San Antonio was disbarred by the District 10-C Grievance Committee.

 

SUSPENSIONS

On Jul 10, Thomas R. Adkins, 58, of Houston received a two-year, fully-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, 2003 from the District 4-G Grievance Committee.

 

On June 6, Thomas J. Barry, 47, of Austin received a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective July 10, 2003 from the District 11-C Grievance Committee.

 

On June 9, James C. Belt, Jr., 59, of Dallas received a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective July 1, 2003 from the District 6-A Grievance Committee. 

 

On April 2, Richard S. Browne, 47, of Houston received a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective June 1, 2003 from the District 4-C Grievance Committee.

 

On June 16, Geronimo Delarosa, Jr., 57, of San Antonio received a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective June 1, 2003, with the first two years actively served and the remainder probated from the 285th District Court of Bexar County.

 

On June 27, Stephen R. Goldsmith, 42, of San Antonio received a one-year, partially-probated suspension effective Oct. 1, 2003, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated from the 285th District Court of Bexar County.

 

On June 4, James L. McManus, 62, of Austin received a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective July 1, 2003 from the District 8-C Grievance Committee.

 

On March 28, Douglas McMaster, 40, of Dallas received a 30-month, partially-probated suspension effective March 19, 2003, with the first six months actively served  and the remainder probated from the District 12-B Grievance Committee.

 

On May 29, Kevin B. Miller, 41, of San Antonio received a five-year, fully-probated suspension effective July 1, 2003 from the 225th District Court.

 

On June 19, Charles David Porter, 56, of Lufkin received a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, 2003, with the first three years actively served and the remainder probated from the District 2-B Grievance Committee.

 

On June 16, Michael Warren Stewart, 42, of Fairfax, Va., received a six-year, partially-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, 2003, with the first three years actively served and the remainder probated from the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

 

PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

On May 29, Russell E. Mackert, 44, of the Woodlands, accepted a public reprimand from the District 4-I Grievance Committee.
