On Nov. 15, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of public reprimand against Kerry Don Alexander 37, of Oklahoma City, Okla.

On Oct. 23, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of suspension against Ashley Ronald Pollow, 49, of Boca Raton, Fla.

On Jan. 15, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of public reprimand against Lawrence P. Cullen, 66, of Tigard, Ore.

PETITIONS FOR REINSTATEMENT

Elijah W. Ratcliff 47, of Livingston has filed a petition for reinstatement in the 258th District Court of Polk County.

Victor Arditti, 68, of El Paso has filed a petition for reinstatement in the 327th District Court of El Paso County.

RESIGNATIONS

On Oct. 10, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Margaret Willis Barras, 33, of Dallas.

On Aug. 22, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Thomas Jonathan Harris, 37, of Beckville.

On Nov. 26, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Patricia A. O'Kane , 53, of Houston.

On Sept. 19, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Connie Pruett, 46, of Richardson.

DISBARMENTS

On Jan. 4, 2001, an evidentiary panel of the District 10-B Grievance Committee disbarred San Antonio attorney Larry L. Hood, 57.

On Sept. 25, Delbert E. Bartell , 60, of Fort Worth received a default judgment of disbarment.

On Oct. 10, the 207th District Court of Caldwell County disbarred Richard A. Fielder, 60, of Lock-hart.

On Sept. 27, Judith Calk Mercer, 53, of Dallas received a default judgment of disbarment.

On Oct. 26, James Percy Hopkins 68, of Dallas received a default judgment of disbarment.

On Oct. 29, Karl Anthony Wright, 61, of Lubbock was disbarred by an evidentiary panel of the District 16-A Grievance Committee.

SUSPENSIONS

On Sept. 12, Otis O. Bakke, 59, of Fort Worth received a 36- month, fully-probated suspension effective Nov. 1.

On Sept. 7, Mark A. Cantu, 40, of McAllen agreed to a six-month, partially-probated suspension effective Feb. 1, 2002, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated.
