BODA ACTIONS

On Sept. 6, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals reversed the judgment of partially-probated suspension against Beaumont attorney Jeffery S. Clark, 42, entered by an evidentiary panel of the District 2-A Grievance Committee on May 1, 2001.

On Sept. 12, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of disbarment against Stacey Foster Jones, 47, signed by an evidentiary panel of the District 9-A Grievance Committee on March 31, 2001.

On Nov. 2, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal by Salado attorney Eli Salinas, 45, of a default judgment of disbarment issued by an evidentiary panel of the District 8-B Grievance Committee on March 21, 2001, in cause numbers F0010009838 and F0010009840.

On Nov. 2, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal by El Paso attorney David Charles Hilton, 44, of a default judgment of disbarment issued by an evidentiary panel of the District 17-A Grievance Committee on May 4, 2001, in cause numbers F3089902296 and F3089902317.

On July 19, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Houston attorney John Gilbert Keener, 60.

On Aug. 31, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Houston attorney Harry Noe, 73.

On Sept. 6, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred San Antonio attorney Choice Richardson, 55.

On Sept. 6, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Fort Meyers, Fla. attorney Leo Oscar Myers, 55.

On Nov. 2, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Houston attorney W. Harold Sellers, 67.

On June 12, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of public reprimand against Seattle, Wash. attorney James P. Bailey, 75.

On July 11, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of probated suspension against Tuscon, Ariz. attorney Robert Q. Hoyt, 64.

On Aug. 10, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of active suspension against Newport, Wash. attorney Dennis Rollin Scott, 53.

On Nov. 2, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered a judgment of public reprimand against Hartford, Conn. attorney Wesley S. Spears, 48.

RESIGNATION

On Jan. 9, 2001, the Supreme Curt of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Justin Jin-Lin Ong, 44, of Houston.

REINSTATEMENT

Daniel P. Garrigan, 53, has petitioned the 116th District Court of Dallas County for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

SUSPENSIONS

On June 19, Jose Ramon Falcon, 44, of San Diego, Texas accepted an eight-month suspension, fully-probated for two years effective June 1, 2001.

On July 30, Thomas D. Glenn, 47, of Conroe received a three-year, partially-probated suspension effective Sept. 1, with the first two years actively served and the remainder probated.

On Sept. 6, Daniel Jay Goldberg, 50, of Houston accepted a five-year, partially-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated.

On Aug. 27, Alfonzo Greenidge, 56, of Dallas received an eight- year, partially-probated suspension effective Dec. 1, with the first five years actively served and the remainder probated.

On August 9, Larry Milton Wessels, 54, of La Grange accepted a three-year, fully-probated suspension effective Sept. 1.

PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

On July 10, Donald C. McLeaish, 75, of Duncanville received a public reprimand.

On July 17, Emmerico T. Nepomuceno, 41, of Houston received a public reprimand.

On June 21, Donald Vaughn Phillips, 45, of Tallahassee, Fla. accepted a public reprimand.

On July 12, Geronimo De La Rosa, Jr., 56, of San Antonio accepted a public reprimand.

On April 20, Robert L. Hoffman, 56, of Dallas agreed to a public reprimand because his response to the District 6-A Grievance Committee was untimely.
