BODA ACTIONS

On June 29, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed an agreed judgment of indefinite disability suspension against Carolyn Marie Hubbard, 45, of Whitewright in accordance with Part XII of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure and Section 8 of the Internal Procedural Rules of the Board of Disciplinary Appeals.

On July 9, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed an agreed judgment of probated disability suspension against Beaumont attorney Paul Norman Buchanan, 49, in accordance with Part XII of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure and Section 8 of the Internal Procedural Rules of the Board of Disciplinary Appeals.

RESIGNATIONS

On May 22, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Timothy William Heinen, 34, of Broken Arrow, Okla.

On May 11, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of William Drew Perkins, 72, of Lufkin.

DISBARMENTS

On June 14, Minor E. Pounds , 67, of Lancaster received a default judgment of disbarment.

On June 6, Brenda J. Stidham, 50, of Dallas was disbarred by an evidentiary panel of the District 6-A Grievance Committee.

SUSPENSIONS

On June 29, Deborah Ann Henry Johns, 47, of Arlington agreed to a six-year, partially-probated suspension effective July 1, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated.

On Aug. 6, Janet E. Levy, 41, of Fort Worth accepted a three- year, partially-probated suspension effective Oct. 1, with the first year actively served and the remainder probated.

On June 18, Stephen Whitson Mitchell, 46, of Fort Worth agreed to an 18-month, fully-probated suspension effective June 1.

On May 31, Edward L. Parker, 49, of Tyler accepted a six- month, fully-probated suspension effective June 1.

On July 25, Richard Allen Pollick, 38, of Jefferson agreed to a 24-month suspension effective July 31.

On March 19, Sandra Diane Sarran, 51, of Canyon Lake accepted a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective July 1.

On March 22, George Flores Sedeno, 46, of San Antonio accepted a four-year, partially-probated suspension effective May 1, with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated.

On July 11, Hoang N. Tran, 34, of Houston agreed to a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective Aug. 1, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

On June 20, David C. Willingham, 44, of Abilene received a six-month, fully-probated suspension effective July 1.

On Aug. 27, Herschel P. Cashin, 46, of Houston accepted a one- year, fully-probated suspension effective Sept. 1.
