SUSPENSIONS

Prince Cartwright, Jr., 53, of Houston accepted an 18-month, partially-probated suspension on April 19, 2001, effective July 1, 2001, with the first two months actively served and the remainder probated.

William N. Bret, III, 48, of Dallas accepted a one-year, fully-probated suspension on May 9, 2001, effective July 1, 2001.

James H. Evans, Jr., 50, of Arlington accepted a six-month, partially-probated suspension on April 5, 2001, effective April 15, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated.

Don E. Lewis, 48, of Houston accepted a 34-month, partially-probated suspension on April 28, 2001, effective June 1, with the first month actively served and the remainder probated.

James A. McGuire, 52, of Houston agreed on May 21, 2001 to a two-year, partially-probated suspension effective July 1, 2001 with the first six months actively served and the remainder probated.

Raleigh W. Newsam, II, 56, of Dallas on April 13, 2001 received by default judgment an 18-month, partially-probated suspension effective May 1, 2001, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated.

Lee Van Richardson, Jr., 37, of Houston on March 12, 2001 received a one-year, fully-probated suspension effective April 1.

Crystal Tyler, 34, of Chicago, Ill. on April 24, 2001 received a three-year, fully-probated suspension effective May 1.

E. J. Van Buren, 43, of Houston on April 27, 2001 received a five-year, partially-probated suspension effective May 1, with the first 30 months actively served and the remainder probated.

Roberto Billescas, 49, of McAllen was suspended for five years on Feb. 16, 2001.



PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

David Nevarez, 47, of El Paso agreed to a public reprimand on April 20, 2001.

Beverly Jo Moffitt, 49, of Channelview received a public reprimand on April 17, 2001.

Rouault Ray Buvia, 43, of Austin received a public reprimand on April 10, 2001.
