BOARD OF DISCIPLINARY APPEALS ACTIONS

On April 5, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals revoked the probation of Robbie Denise Bookman, 41, of Houston, and suspended her for five years beginning April 5.

On April 19, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred McCuller C. Stephens III, 44, of Houston.

REINSTATEMENT

Thomas W. Kendrick, 62, of Amarillo has filed a petition in the 47th District Court of Randall County for reinstatement as a member of the State Bar of Texas.

RESIGNATIONS

On March 22, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Timothy William Heinen, 34, of Broken Arrow, Okla.

On Nov. 10, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted, in lieu of discipline, of Charles Norman Stone, 69, of San Juan.

On March 28, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Vickie Diane Dunn, 44, of Austin.

On March 20, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of David E. Davis, 60, of Wichita Falls.

On May 11, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Thomas L. Grand, Jr., 60, of Metairie, La.

On May 14, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted the resignation, in lieu of discipline, of Terry W. Hesson, 53, of Houston.

DISBARMENTS

On Jan. 22, the 101st District Court of Dallas County disbarred Antonio R. Belizario, 44, of Dallas.

On March 30, Stacey Foster Jones, 47, of Austin was disbarred by an evidentiary panel of the District 9-A Grievance Committee.

On March 21, Eli Salinas, 44, of Waco received a default judgment of disbarment.

SUSPENSIONS      

On Feb.13, Robert Areche, Jr., 46, of San Antonio received a 27-month, partially-probated suspension effective April 1, with the first three months actively served and the remainder probated.

On Feb. 2, Clarence E. Walker, 32, of Plainview received a three-year, fully-probated suspension effective Feb.5
