REINSTATEMENTS

Alan C. Kadzoy, 50, of Dallas. On Oct. 23, 1997, Kadzoy's petition for reinstatement was granted. Before reinstatement, Kadzoy must complete the Professionalism Enhancement Program and the State Bar of Texas Law Office Management Program. In addition, he must pass the Texas bar and Multistate Professional Responsibility examinations.

Robert Nino, 58, of Houston accepted a public reprimand on Sept. 9, 1997.

Bird Old III, 49, of Mount Pleasant accepted a public reprimand on Dec. 9, 1997.

Thomas Jack Pearson, 47, of Houston received a public reprimand On June 25, 1997.

William R. Zweifel, 43, of Houston accepted a public reprimand on Nov. 28, 1997.


BODA ACTIONS

Paul Lester Dickerson, 36, of Texarkana was suspended from the practice of law on Sept. 17, 1997. On March 5, 1997, Dickerson was sentenced to five years' probation and ordered to perform 300 hours of community service. If his probation is revoked, Dickerson will be disbarred.

William Paul Headlee, 52, of Indianapolis, Ind. Headlee's suspension was terminated on Aug. 25, 1997 after Headlee's conviction, the basis for his suspension, was reversed in Headlee v. State of Indiana, 678 N.E.2d 823 (Ind. Ct. App. -- 2d. Dist., 1997).
