Walter Otto Gill, Jr., 54, of Houston was disbarred on Jan. 27.

Reginald H. Wood, 47, of Houston was disbarred on Jan. 17.

SUSPENSIONS

Hugh T. Echols, Sr., 62, of Houston received a five-year, partially-probated suspension, with the first two years to be actively served, effective Feb. 1. In the event his probation is revoked, Echols will be suspended for three years.

Clarence C. Felder, 50, of San Antonio, was suspended for 13 months, with the first month to be actively actively served.

Geraldo Guerrero Gamboa, 33, of Hereford, accepted a 27-month, partially-probated suspension, with the first three months to be actively served, effective Jan. 1 served and the remaining 12 months probated, effective Dec. 15, 1996.

Elene B. Glassman, 55, of Houston, received an eight-year, partially-probated suspension, with the first three years to be actively served,effective March 1.

Isaiah H. Hardy, Jr., 51, of Travis County, accepted a four-year, partially-probated suspension, with the first two years to be actively served, effective Feb. 15.

Don L. Hendrix, 52, of Houston, was suspended for one year, effective Feb. 17.

Jim Hamilton, 64, of Houston, for four years with the first year to be actively served, effective Feb. 1.

Jose Martinez, 41, of McAllen, received a four-year, partially-probated suspension with the first 150 days to be actively served, effective Nov. 20, 1996.

Fernando Ramos, 50, of San Antonio, accepted a two-year, fully-probated suspension on Dec. 5, 1996.

Willie J. Rhodes, 52, of Harris County received a five-month suspension on Feb. 7.

Lonnie E. Woods, 46, of Fort Worth, accepted a 12-month, fully-probated suspension, effective Nov. 1.

Robert A. Walker, 53, of Harris County, received an amended judgment of contempt on Oct. 21, 1996. Walker was guilty of two separate violations of a previous probated suspension which was entered Nov. 6, 1995.

PUBLIC REPRIMANDS

Paul C. Looney, 42, of Houston was publicly reprimanded on Sept. 12, 1996.

Wynthia J. Cheatum, 39, of Dallas, accepted a public reprimand On Oct. 3, 1996.

Charles L. Lasley, 62, of Travis County, accepted a public reprimand On Feb. 11.

Richard S. Browne, 41, of Houston, accepted a public reprimand on Jan. 22.

James T. Garrett, 63, of Houston, accepted a public reprimand on Nov. 14, 1996.

William B. Harrison, 43, of Corpus Christi, was publicly reprimanded on Feb. 25.

Justin L. Ong, 39, of Houston was publicly reprimanded on Jan. 16.

Andy Tschoepe, II, 44, of San Antonio was publicly reprimanded on Oct. 21, 1996.
