Wrap Contracts is a study of the societal consequences of wrap contracts, the ‘accept or decline’ contracts that have become commonplace requirements for browsing, streaming, running or otherwise consuming electronic media.  The author examines the consequences of the ongoing trend towards more, longer and more detailed wrap contracts, and makes a case for treating wrap contracts differently from normal contracts in order to avoid unconscionable restrictions and to make the terms more comprehensible to consumers.
