Ellen Marrus & Irene Merker Rosenberg.
Children and juvenile justice. 2nd ed. Carolina Academic Press, 2012. KF9794.M37 2011 Originally
co-authored by Professors Irene Rosenberg and Ellen Marrus but completed by
Professor Marrus alone after the passing of Professor Rosenberg, the second
edition of this casebook adds to the original topics the competency issues in
juvenile court. The materials include cases, including more recent
United States Supreme Court and state cases, statutes, forms, ABA Standards,
law review and related articles, new recommendations on the role of juvenile
defense counsel, new social science research, and notes and questions.
The authors also tried to explore ethical problems in juvenile practice
openly. This effort alone makes this casebook an outstanding teaching tool.

property code plus.
2012-13 ed. Jones McClure Pub., 2012. KFT1310.A29P76
(on reserve) Published annually since 2005 with
Professor Richard McElvaney as one of the joint authors, this practice guide
adds to an up-to-date collection of statutes and case annotations on real
estate and property law an equally current collection of practice tool, such
as charts listing attorney-fee provisions, statutes of limitations, and
eviction timetable. To attract maximum attention, a list of noteworthy
Texas cases is provided right at the beginning of the front matter. |
