issues facing American colleges and universities today. This thoroughly
revised edition brings the volume up to date on key topics of enduring
interest.” Professor Michael A. Olivas again authors, this time with
Benjamin Baez, the chapter “the Legal Environment: the Implementation of
Legal Change on Campus”. Collected by most academic libraries, this
title is considered an extensive, thorough, and authoritative overview on
U.S. higher education. Its 17 chapters are in four parts: The Setting,
External Forces, The Academic Community, and Central Issues for the 21st
Century. Professor Olivas’ chapter can be found in Part II:
