Houston Bar Association– Sealing
Project
Many children are unaware
of how to seal their juvenile records.
With the assistance of the Houston Bar Association and Houston
Volunteer Lawyers Program, we will be training lawyers to help youth
seal their records.
Community Programs
SWJDC is concerned about
juvenile justice policy and improving conditions for children. As
part of this effort, the Center can assist with assessments, status
reports and educational projects.
Funds for Experts
Limited funding is available
to provide families grants to help pay for the cost of experts. If
you are trying a case which requires an expert and it will have
a substantial impact on juvenile defense in the region, you may
apply for financial assistance for your clients.
