TECHNOLOGICAL AGE; and LEGAL PROTECTION FOR COMPUTER
TECHNOLOGY. Other notable scholarship includes: The Story
of Graham v. John Deere Co., in INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY STORIES
(2006); A Transactional View of Property Rights, 20
BERKELEY TECH. L.J.1477 (2005); and 100 Years of Solicitude:

Professor Merges teaches Patent Law, Historical Perspectives
on IP, IP Scholarship Seminar, and Contracts, serves as a
special consultant to the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust
Division, and is a member of the Department’s Task Force on
Intellectual Property.
