CONSTITUENT COMMUNICATIONS

FOR TIMELY HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION AND ANALYSES, Texas legislators turn to the monthly Update on Health, a publication the legislature commissioned from the Institute. From important federal and state cases and regulatory actions to recent research developments, Update on Health keeps government officials informed on a broad range of health care issues. In addition, the Institute provides the broader health care community with important up-to-date information on health care developments through its publications, Health Law Perspectives and Health Law News. All of these publications solicit student participation and authorship and are available in both print and Web-based forms.
