This site provides students and teachers of American health law with additional resources. Our intent is to facilitate distribution of key materials, including federal statutes, state statutes and recent cases, that should be of interest to many. We do not purport to be comprehensive. Rather, we have attempted to select the statutes we believe to be most frequently of interest to those involved in traditional legal studies.
From this home page, you can link to three areas: (1) federal judicial, legislative and administrative materials; (2) state specific materials and (3) other materials, such as policy documents, of particular interest. We attempt to provide each item in two formats (1) HTML and (2) Adobe PDF.
