Welcome to the HANDI Home Page

Houston Area Network of Documents Information

HANDI is a group of Houston area depository libraries. We are the librarians and support staff responsible for the United States and Texas depository collections. We began meeting in March, 1990, and get together several times a year to share information, discuss issues affecting delivery of government information services to the public, and to propose actions on various matters affecting management and public access to federal and state government publications. We frequently communicate with each other in order to assist our library users with their government information needs.

This HANDI web site is part of our ongoing public service assistance. Below are links which can help you find us, learn who we are, and access our online catalogs and web sites.
