The required book is the casebook by Mueller & Kirkpatrick, Evidence Under the Rules (6th Ed.)

A suitable text, not required, is McCormick On Evidence (Student Edition). There are numerous other texts on the subject, all covering the same basic topics. Some are in Problem/Solution ot Q&A format.

The required book is a collection of statutes and treaties, Goldstein et al., Selected Statutes and International Agreements on Unfair Competition, Trademarks, Copyrights, and Patents (latest available edition).

For those desiring a companion text, I suggest (but do not require) the Black Letter Outlines volume on Intellectual Property by Roger Schechter. It should be at the bookstore.
