Hi Crim Law Students,
Just a reminder that our last day of class this semester will be on Monday, July 1st. For the first part of class, we will complete the Inchoate Offenses materials that we did not reach on Wednesday (beginning at about pp. 758 in the casebook). We will then discuss the practice multiple choice and essay questions that I handed out, as well as final exam information. (I have attached the questions and a sample rubric to this e/mail for those of you who were not at class on Wednesday. These materials will also be posted on the course webpage as well.)
