THE ROSCOE HOGAN ENVIRONMENTAL LAW ESSAY CONTEST. The topic for 2005 is "Punitive Damages." An Intent-to-Enter form must be submitted by January 31, 2005. The essay is due by March 28, 2005. The website for the foundation is www.roscoepound.org, but the information for the 2005 contest has not been posted as of September 24, 2004. Click here for general contest rules.
